Welcome to Tukmein, LLC's Online Ticketing Tool. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using Tukmein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

• "Tukmein, LLC," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the company providing the Online Ticketing Tool."
• "You" or "users" refer to individuals or entities accessing and using the Online Ticketing Tool.

2. Account Registration

• To use our Online Ticketing Tool, you must register an email account and provide and up-to-date information.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal consent to use our platform.

3. Ticketing Services

• Tukmein, LLC offers an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and sell tickets for various events and activities.
• We do not guarantee the availability of specific tickets or the success of ticket sales.

4. Ticket Sales and Payments

• Users, event organizers, using our platform to sell tickets are responsible for setting ticket prices, managing sales, and processing payments.
• Tukmein, LLC may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers and is not responsible for any payment processing issues, including but not limited to refunds, chargebacks, or transaction failures.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Users acknowledge and accept that the ticket purchase request made through the Online Ticketing Tool is a binding offer and that once authorization is received from the bank issuing the corresponding credit or debit card or from the receiving bank, the purchase operation will be final and will not be subject to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations.
• Users expressly acknowledge and accept that he will not be entitled to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations even in the eventthat he does not print the purchased tickets or does not use them. The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that he will only be entitled to reimbursement of the cost of the tickets, if the event for which he purchased the tickets is cancelled, only in cases when the organizer of the event so determines.
• In case of cancellation of the event, the nominal value of the ticket will be returned, discounting any additional charge that has been applied (service charge, transaction cost, etc.).
• In case of postponement of the event, the purchased ticket will be valid for the new date, in case of requesting a refund, only the nominal value of the ticket will be returned, discounting any additional charge that has been applied (service charge, transaction cost, etc.)
• Refund and cancellation policies for tickets are determined by the event organizers. Tukmein, LLC is not liable for refunding tickets unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.

6. Hotel Reservations

• The reservation will be in favor of the person (the Holder) whose name have been filled in the registration form.
• For the reservation to be valid and to the Holder be able to check-in at the Hotel, the Holder must present an official identification (Official ID or passport) and be over 18 years of age.
• The Holder must be present at the Hotel within the Hotel's check-in hours, which usually start at 3:00 p.m. . on the day specified in this reservation.
• In some occasions, the Hotel may request that the Holder presents a Credit Card.
• In case of the need of a late check-in, the Holder must inform through an email to:  soporte@triptech.com.mx. or directly to the hotel at least 48 hours in advance.
• The Hotel could cancel the reservation (without refund) if the Holder does not inform about a late check-in.
• The hotel could cancel your reservation if you do not inform about a late check-in.
• The reservation cannot be canceled even if the Holder does not show up. Neither is transferible.
• Any alteration of the reservation done by the Holder directly to the Hotel, will be considered as a cancellation and penalties may be applied.
• On some occasions, the Hotel may charge Fees payable directly to the Hotel, including but not limited to: resort fees, city tax, facility fees, etc.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• Event organizers users are solely responsible for the content they submit to our platform, including event descriptions, ticket details, and promotional materials.
• By submitting content, you grant Tukmein, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.
• Tukmein, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others, and users must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Users must not use our platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Prohibited activities include but are not limited to spamming, hacking, transmitting malware, or engaging in any fraudulent behavior.

9. Privacy Policy

• Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Tukmein, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Online Ticketing Tool.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our platform.
• Tukmein, LLC is an independent company, hired solely for the sale of Tickets and hotel reservations, so it is not responsible for the quality or content of the event, nor for the acts or consequences that event could have. Likewise, it is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the Hotel.

11. Modification of Terms

• Tukmein, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
• Continued use of our platform after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination

• Tukmein, LLC may terminate or suspend user accounts or access to the Online Ticketing Tool at its discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tukmein, LLC is registered.
